Indonesian Medical Service Program

Services provided as part of the IMSP Program with no additional fees upon request, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for any member calling an International SOS Alarm Center in Indonesia whether or not they suffer a serious medical condition.
Emergency & Routine Medical Advice
Upon request, International SOS will arrange for medical advice over the telephone. However, a telephone conversation, even with the local attending physician, cannot establish diagnosis and must be treated as advice only.
Travel Health Information
International SOS will provide the Subscriber and Members access to International SOS medical personnel and International SOS alarm center network to obtain up-to-date travel health information. Destination and travel health reports will be made available to Members in a standard written report or through a password protected Internet Web Site.
Medical & Dental Provider Information
International SOS will provide the Member with names, addresses, telephone numbers and if requested by an Member and if available, office hours for physicians, hospitals, clinics, dentists and dental clinics within the area where the Member is located.
International Out-patient Case Management
International SOS will assist Members with the arrangement and confirmation of appointments with Medical Service Providers, assistance in arranging ground accommodations, post appointment communications and follow up with Members when seeking care outside of Indonesia.
Assistance with Documentation for Insurance Claim Forms
International SOS will assist Members in obtaining the necessary documentation for medical insurance claims for care involving International SOS’ services.
Services provided as part of the IMSP Program subject to additional fees and or Reimbursement
Medical Expense Guarantee, Cost Review & Payment, Medical Monitoring
International SOS will guarantee and pay as agent for the Subscriber all costs associated with an Member’s in-patient or out-patient medical care, and will monitor and provide the Subscriber’s Authorized Person with medical evaluations of the Member’s condition and ongoing medical expenses when hospitalized.

( Condition caused by heart attack, stroke, injuries sustained from detonation of an explosive device or an Injury caused by Accident, which in the opinion of an Service Provider physician requires emergency medical treatment to avoid death or serious impairment to the Member’s physical condition).
Evacuation and Repatriation
International SOS will arrange and pay for the ordinary and necessary expense of air and/or surface transportation, medical care during transportation, communications and all usual and customary ancillary charges incurred in moving and transporting an Member to the nearest hospital where appropriate medical care is available, which may be a location other than the Member’s Home Country.
Companion Ticket
Following a Member’s medical evacuation and with International SOS’ prior written approval, International SOS will arrange and pay for the cost of one economy class round trip airfare for a relative or friend to join an Member who has or will be hospitalized for an Serious Medical Condition outside Indonesia for more than one (1) day
Additional Travel Expenses after Medical Evacuation
Following an Member’s medical evacuation and with International SOS’ prior written approval, International SOS will arrange and pay for the reasonable and necessary cost for airfare for the Member to return to the airport closest to his/her home city or town in Indonesia.
Repatriation of Mortal Remains
Should the Member be receiving medical treatment outside of Indonesia at the time of death, International SOS will arrange and pay for all reasonable and necessary expenses for transporting the Member’s mortal remains from the place of death to Indonesia

Emergency Message Transmission
International SOS will use its best efforts to receive and transmit emergency messages between Members and their family.
Emergency Translation and Interpreter Services
In the event of an emergency situation, International SOS will provide personal telephone translation services and referrals of interpreter services through its alarm center network.
Lost Document Advice & Assistance
International SOS will assist Members who have lost important travel documents (e.g. passport, credit cards) by providing instructions for recovery or replacement.
Services provided as part of the IMSP Program subject to additional fees and/or Reimbursement
Arrange Ground Transportation and Accommodation for Accompanying Family Members
International SOS will coordinate emergency travel arrangements for family members who accompany a hospitalized Member.
Advance of Emergency Personal Cash
International SOS will provide Members with a cash advance subject to the Subscriber’s prior written approval to reimburse International SOS for the advance.
Special Translation and Interpreter Services
Upon the Subscriber’s written request, International SOS will provide on-site interpreters and/or customized interpreter services at the Subscriber’s sole costs and expenses.
